This ticket has been left open as a reminder to ourselves to monitor our data reliability. As of today, we have gone several months without missing a day of ranking data. There have been a few delays in rolling that data out but it has usually hit everyone’s account within a day or two of the delay. These delays are to be expected given the fact that we’re now processing over 1 billion pages of SERPs per month and sometimes it can take extra time to process the data and make sure it is complete while also making upgrades to the system. Thank you for being patient with us as we have improved everything. We have also put several larger servers into place that are resulting in much faster performance. Where there has previously been a stability (or relative stability of ranking average) it would be great to get an alert for either a drop or an improvement which is below or above the mean.

It would be specifically useful to have a function where you can see the other SERP results from the check against each keyword, each day and be able to report on this into CSV for Excel manipulation.
