The data is exact match data. Depending on the location set for your domain, ie. Australia in your case, the data can be updated to local data for that country by selecting “Show Local Search Volume” in the tasks menu when you have the account setting for the data to show actual numbers.

Yeah, there's been a two day lag lately. Sucks even more being in Australia, when we are a day ahead. For eg, this morning, Thursday 13th of Jan, i could only see up till MOnday Jan 10th...

This ticket has been left open as a reminder to ourselves to monitor our data reliability. As of today, we have gone several months without missing a day of ranking data. There have been a few delays in rolling that data out but it has usually hit everyone’s account within a day or two of the delay. These delays are to be expected given the fact that we’re now processing over 1 billion pages of SERPs per month and sometimes it can take extra time to process the data and make sure it is complete while also making upgrades to the system. Thank you for being patient with us as we have improved everything. We have also put several larger servers into place that are resulting in much faster performance. Please email us at support@authoritylabs.com if you have any specific questions or concerns regarding our reliability.

Whoops! Found the solution exists in the account settings tab...however, it's global search volume.. not a big help because my sites are in australia... need to be able to switch this to 'search results in australia' or other countries... because the number shown isn't accurate. Also, is this number broad / phrase or exact match? Phrase and exact are accurate... phrase not so much...
