I like the fact that you have the bing/google (but yahoo isn't really relevant anymore). I would rather the keyword grid showed:

keyword - current rank - day change - week change - month change

If you had that and the ability to switch between google/bing - it would probably be more helpful.

So if I resell this service to 10 customers, they can view their payment on the account - maybe even make a payment.

A keyword's value can be calculated in volume of expected traffic x CPC. If the CPC is really low sometimes it makes more sense to just CPC instead of focus on SEO. I would think adding CPC would make the rank tracking more useful.

I would like to be able to zoom in and out in the rankings graph. Sometimes it's difficult to separate several graphs from each other. Often there is no need to see more than the top 10 results but at the moment you can't zoom in to the top-10 only.

There should be the ability to change the view from showing the current ranking position to showing the current ranking URL. Waiting for the tooltip on hover is not useful when you need to quickly scan a list of keywords to see which pages are ranking alongside them.

Enable exact search volume for keywords for every country. Also suggest enabling the keyword suggestions using the Google Adwords.

updates have been really unstable as of lately....

If you go to your invoices in your account, every invoice says "You will be billed again August ##" and does not show the following month e.g. december invoice should show "you will be billed in january". At the moment every invoices says August

Allow us to request a rank check for a particular keyword on-demand (i.e. update data for a particular keyword right away).

Instead of rounding off to 1, 2 etc... add a decimel e.g. 1.3, 2.4 like google webmaster tools. Currently the average never changes when tracking large keyword lists. Also, would be great to know: how many at #1, in top 3, top 5, top 10. That is one great feature of seorankmonitor.com

It would be useful to have a dropdown to view all domains on one page, rather than needing to click through the different pages when there are more than 25 domains being tracked.

Allow user to set a custom time period to check the ranking and analyze better the improve.

It would be great if you could sort result types, so, fo example, all local results with position A would show up first, then any in B, C etc.

It would be nice to be able to tag a sub-set of keywords and see how domains compare against that subset.

We have the ability to filter keywords by global or local volume. Lets take it another step forward.

Can you add the ability to filter the keyword list so that we can see results only for those keywords that are actually ranked (top 100), and add a few more options .. such as to show keywords ranked in the top 10 positions in Google, or top 20 positions, or top 50 positions.
