track multiple domains for same keyword
It would be nice to be able to see how multiple domains are doing for the same keyword. Like me I may be tracking my name on multiple sites to see which social network may be working better for pulling results for my name, therefore I'd like to see a master keyword instead of a master domain and see the domains (in my account) and how they've ranked for that keyword

Allow users to make notes on certain dates + keywords to more easily track the resulting SEO effects
It would be very useful to be able to tag a keyword (or group of keywords) with date-specific notes so that after some time passes, you can easily pick out the resulting gain/loss in the SEO rankings & graph.
For example: If I'm tracking the keywords "chocolate cupcakes", I could tag this keyword with a note like "Linked phrase 'chocolate cupcakes' in Facebook note to awesomecupcakes.com (12/25/2009)". Then your (very cool) system could annotate the graph for this keyword phrase and I could easily see after a few weeks whether my changes had any positive effects.
WHO'S WITH ME!!!!?

Alerts for Ranking Drops
I'd like to have a notification system that sends out email alerts when a site's rankings drop.
I realize that ranks can fluctuate day-to-day, but I think something that can take into consideration rolling averages and also notify us when a site drops off the first page of results for example.
We are an agency using AuthorityLabs, and our weekly summary emails are quite lengthy and display all of our clients.
Even if we can create custom weekly summary emails with only a particular subset of clients, that would be very helpful.
Open for discussion.
Thanks!

With Google, Yahoo! and Bing, we can typically add additional countries if enough people sign up and request support for those specific countries. If you are looking at an enterprise plan and want support for a country we don’t currently process, please email support@authoritylabs.com and we can look getting them added.

Export data to pdf
A feature to export data and graphs for keyword rankings / volume per search engine as well as backlink reports while maintaining a basic level of branding / graphics.
I realize that CSV export is available, but perhaps something similar to the way Google Analytics exports to pdf could be implemented?
Would be really handy, as we do show data to clients, and at present I can either use built in print to pdf options (from OS X) or take screen shots and paste into docs (a bit yuck to be honest).
Thanks!

Click to enlarge graphs for summary and tag data
The graphs for summary data and tagdata is very small. There should be a way to view this data in the same way as keyword data.

Add option to see Delta from 3 days ago
1 day and 7 days are too far apart and this makes it difficult to see, for example, what has happened to rankings over the weekend.

We are in the process of testing and wrapping up a whole new backend for the site that should get rid of most/all of the data processing issues we’ve had in the past. We’re looking at starting some accounts on it within the next few weeks and having all customers moved to it within a couple months.

More Functional iPhone App
The iPhone app is okay where it's at as a very stripped simple single keyword search report....
I'd like it eventually to tie into my dashboard and have view rights to my domains and keywords. THAT'd be useful!
I don't even think it needs the full ability to view keyword suggestions and mark those but possibly down the road I see maybe having the ability to add a keyword to a domain. Right now I'd just like to have access to my dashboard and graphs

We’re rolling out some new hardware today that should help. We’re also in the process of rebuilding the system to speed everything up.

Make the dashboard domain name character limit longer
It would be good to remove the character limit from the domain name that that instead of having 'mydom.....n.co.uk' it would be 'mydomain.co.uk' this would allow you to easily see the difference in similar domains. eg if you had two domains that were 'mydomainiscool.co.uk' 'mydomainisntcool.co.uk' witht he limit of characters theyw ould be 'mydom......ol.co.uk' 'mydom......ol.co.uk'

An option to remove Bing and Yahoo
In many countries only Google rules the market. So it's pointless to track results in Bing and Yahoo.
My recommendation is to add an option to disable Bing and Yahoo - at least for the public link that we send to our clients.11 votes -
Show KEI - Keyword Effectiveness Index as a column
Sorting your keywords by your ranking or by the search volume doesn't really tell you much. What you really want to see is how you're doing on keywords where you have a chance of competing, and to do that, you have to take into account how hotly contested the keyword is... KEI is a metric that takes those factors into account.

Download CSV of the 100 results against each keyword, engine and date
Create a view in the application to be able to see a listing of the competitors against each tracked keyword on each engine for a specified date.
Also, enable a 'CSV Results' download link to download a CSV file containing the 100 URL's against each tracked keyword in each of the tracked search engines for a selected date range which the user would select.
This functionality would be similar to that in Advanced Web Ranking's Top Sites report feature.

Allow users to zoom in and out in the rankings graph.
I would like to be able to zoom in and out in the rankings graph. Sometimes it's difficult to separate several graphs from each other. Often there is no need to see more than the top 10 results but at the moment you can't zoom in to the top-10 only.

Add site favicons to the Domain List
A very simple change that will improve the UI - Just like Google did with webmaster tools, it's much easier to find a domain in the list now.
